Located near the west coast of Bali, on the outskirt of the village of Pererenan and a short stroll away from the beach and surrounded by rice fields ensuring privacy and quiet, Palm River is a magnificent place for your holiday.

The immediate surroundings are luxury villas as well and the famous Balinese terrace rice field. The villa is situated 30 minutes from the airport and less than 15 minutes from Seminyak area and Nirwana, the most famous golf course in Bali.

Behind a coved-stone wall, located at the main entrance and accessed by a series of steps and walkways is a large open air living and dining pavilion and a fully equipped European style kitchen. In the other wing, the building features five double bedrooms, an air-conditioned entertainment and games room packed with a wide-screen satellite television and a video projector.

Bedrooms:

Each of Palm River's bedroom suites are contained within a single split leveled and double storied wing that is directly adjacent to the main living pavilion. The wing is accessed by another network of waterway steps and teakwood stairs. It consists of 5 well appointed double bedrooms with lavish en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms.

The master suite positioned on the second level - features an enclosing open planned veranda that looks out over the pool and river, while the lower suites are flanked by a series of cascading lotus ponds. Each fully equipped en-suite features a sunken spa-tub set against a clear glass wall that offers tranquil scenes of the water features behind it.

All bedrooms have satellite television with DVD players, telephones and fully air conditioned. Also on the upper level is an air-conditioned entertainment and games room, packed with many mod cons including a wide screen satellite television and a video projector for watching "cinema style" DVD movies.

Living & Dining Area

As mentioned above the main building is the living and dining area. This ‘wantilan’ open style structure has a high cathedral style roof, thatched roof, big sofas and rich of view to the ground (swimming pool and green lawn). The dining table is made of big oval glass table and set of 10 seats. Next to this table, there is a bar. To accommodate your needs, the villa is supported by a fully equipped kitchen which is operated by a good chef. Since all bedrooms feature a satellite TV, this living lounge is not equipped with TV.

Palm River Ground

The villa definitely has a large green lawn. The living/dining areas and some of the bedrooms overlook the 4,000 sq. meter (about one acre) garden which slopes gently down to the small river in the back of the property. You can find bananas, bamboo, traveler palms, coconut palms and sugar palms together with some stone statues and a small temple next to the river. The 25 meter/75 ft. free-form swimming pool is lined with green natural stone and features a shallow area for smaller kids, and a sunken bar.

The lowest part of the property is ended with a fish pond surrounding by heliconia banana trees and bamboos. Within the fish pond there is a sunken bathtub where you can enjoy bathing on the nature under the open sky. At night a torch, next to this bathtub, will give more great sensation to this part. Just next to this fish pond, a traditional Balinese gazebo stands with many cushion and pillows where you can enjoy a massage or just to relax.

To get the most perfect of the holiday, you can also enjoy a Jacuzzi, an open style one, located within the garden, just some steps from the wooden staircase down from the Master One. This Jacuzzi is hidden and covered by a green Jempiring flowers. Villa Palm River has a spacious green garden lawn on the north part of the property, on a side to next villa. This is a great place for kids to play ground without facing risk of the river. It is also a great place for a garden dinner party.

This great villa is well serviced by full staff including a villa manager, house maids, house boys, gardeners and security staff live nearby and on duty whenever needed. There is secure on-site parking for up to 6 cars.
